Upon booking, you can request lunches / dinners with typical Piedmontese dishes:“quaiette” (rolled rinds), boiled meat with “grisinada” (shortbread cookies) and “bagna cauda”(hot sauce served special earthenware containerswhere you can soakmixed vegetables).
