The Reception

It is the “heart” of the Albergo Diffuso Le Petit Fenestrelle; it is located in the central street via Umberto I at number 41, in a room on the ground floor of the main building called “La Casa dei Monti” (“The House of the Mountains”).

The reception is the reference point for the organization of the main hotel services, where polite and qualified staff is at guests’ disposal for every requirement and need during their stay.

  • Cleaning and linen changing serivces in the rooms and apartments with possible customization, and assistance and maintenance services;
  • Customizations of menu and services in the affiliated bars andrestaurants;
  • Garage service for the shelter of bycicles and motorcycles;
  • Bookings for accessing to the exclusive and welcoming spa area that is located in the “House of the Mountains” as well – little swimming pool with massaging water jets, counterflow swimming system, chrome and music therapy; sensory shower, Finnish sauna and relaxation area;
  • Organization and delivery of food expenditure in the apartments, equipped with kitchenette, with the possibility to choose agricultural products of the land, depending on the period;
  • Possible delivery of fresh flowers and wine for special occasions;

  • Reservation of restaurants, attractions, guided tours of the Fort of Fenestrelle;
  • Promotion of tours and excursions with enabled alpine and nature guides;

  • Management of Ski Pass for SESTRIERE Vialattea – rental skis, snowboards and boots – any lessons with the most renowned ski schools of SESTRIERE;
  • Organization of private transfers to and from Fenestrelle;
