Validity
These conditions are valid for self bookings through the website lepetitfenestrelle.it. The booking confirmation occurs when the manager, after checking the availability of the room, gets the data of credit card customers by phone or via email at info@lepetitfenestrelle.it. The actual payment will be made directly upon arrival at the accommodation.
If you do not have a credit card, you can pay in advance by bank, or pay a deposit of 25% of the total of your stay (if you stay more than one night). Only upon receipt of copy of the bank transfer, sent by email or fax, the reservation shall be deemed confirmed.
For requests related to special reservations, groups, parties, etc., kindly refer to the hotel Reception at the addresses and contacts reported in the specific section.
Selling prices
All given prices are considered list prices including VAT. The following services are included in the fee: initial and final cleaning, heating, electricity and gas. The sheets are usually changed once a week and towels twice a week. The daily cleaning may be required agreeing the time slot directly with the Reception.
Prices and discounts can be changed at any time, without prior notice, except for already confirmed and accepted bookings. The Albergo Diffuso reserves the right to substitute the apartment or refund you in case of unforeseen events attributed to technical failures or unavailability of the premises, without any further possible claims for compensation by the Customer.
Check-in and check-out timetables
The entry and exit timetables from the rooms and apartments are as follows:
check-in from 16.00 until 19.00 – it is recommended that you communicate well in advance the time of arrival to the accommodation, especially if it falls outside of the normal hours of reception;
Check-out expected by 10.00 a.m.
These timetables can possibly be changed after consultation with the reception – extra charge: 25.00 €.
Luggage storage service is available upon request.
The keys will be handed over on arrival at the Reception in Via Umberto I ° 41 Fenestrelle, at check-in. The return of the keys when leaving must take place at the reception, after inspection of the apartment carried by the owner.
Please remember that, due to provisions of public safety, all occupants of housing, including children, must provide the necessary documents to certify their identity, on the basis of Article 35 paragraph 2 of Italian
Decree of the President of the Republic No. 445 of 28 December 2000 which lists all the documents equivalent to the identity card: passport, driving license, boat license, pension card, license for the operation of heating plants, firearms license, identification cards provided with photo and stamp issued by a State administration. Otherwise we will be forced to refuse hospitality (under Art.109 Italian public safety laws as amended by Article 7 paragraph 2 of Law no.203 / 95). Each incoming customer will also receive a card of statement of particulars to be fulfilled and signed (PS Act as amended: by Article 7 4 of Law no.203 / 95), as well as the declaration for the processing of personal data (Privacy Law).
The minimum age to rent a room or an apartment is 18 years old.
Minors not accompanied by parents or a responsible adult must present a photocopy of an identification document of the parents with their authorisation in signed free form.
Penalties
In case of cancellation of the stay by the Customer, Albergo Diffuso is entitled to require, as compensation, the payment of a penalty on the total price resulting from the reservation, in the following measures:
– Cancellation between the day of booking and the 30th day before the stay: no penalty;
– Cancellation received between the 29th day and the arrival day: 70% penalty;
– The non-cancellation of the reservation implies the payment of 100% of the amount.
If the customer is unable to occupy the accommodation during the booked period, due to difficulties with transportation, errors or other personal reasons, partial refund for early departures or late arrival is normally not expected.
In accordance with the Italian Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 Art. 7, the right of withdrawal shall not be applied to contracts for the supply of services relating to accommodation, transport, catering, leisure when at the conclusion of the contract the supplier promises to provide these services on a specific date or within a preset time.
Restitution of rooms and apartments – damages
The Customer undertakes to respect the premises and the things contained therein: any damage voluntarily caused to the structures, but also when attributable to inexperience or distraction, shall be charged at the cost of restoration. If, at the time of delivery of the apartments , any damage to properties, furniture and accessories were to be detected, the Albergo Diffuso is entitled to require the reimbursement for damages. The same occurs for any missing items or equipment, indicated in the inventory sheet.
The loss or breakage of any assigned key implies a charge equal to the amount the operator incurs to restore the correct and safety conditions of the apartment or property.
As normal, apartments must be left clean and tidy. Any not clean and tidy dishes or accessories will be charged for an amount of 65.00 €, as a penalty.
For each room or apartment, you will be requested of an amount of € 100.00 as a security deposit for any damage which could be found after your stay.
Children and animals
Children from 0 to 3 years old won’t pay if they don’t use the beds. From 4 to 14 years old a discount of 50% of the full rate is applied.
The access to the spa is allowed for children under 18 when accompanied by their parents or by an adult who take full responsibility – for children younger than 3 years old the access is prohibited.
Dogs, cats or other small pets are welcome in our Albergo Diffuso – for hygienic reasons and for possible allergies by other customers, they are only allowed in specifically provided accommodations; The daily fee is 10.00 €. For hygiene reasons, you can not host them in the spa area.
Prohibitions and general rules of behavior
Each property can be occupied only by the number of persons indicated for that specific unit. It is allowed to temporarily add one bed in each room, only for children under 14 years old.
Guests are not allowed, for reasons of public security, to let other people access in rooms and apartments at any time.
All the accommodations are non-smoking. Using drugs, talking loudly, shouting, slamming doors or windows, connecting any appliance brought along to the electrical system (except electric razor in the bath socket), letting children to wander around the various environments outside of the property are also forbidden.
It is recommended to comply with the rest time slots from 11 p.m. to 08:00 a.m. and from 02:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
When you leave, please turn off all the lights, adjust the heating and differentiate the garbage. Furthermore, whenever you go out from the house, please lock the door and the door on common shares if present and check that the windows and Velux/ dormer windows (if present) are properly closed.
Applicable Law and competent court
Italian law is in force. The local jurisdiction for all arising disputes is identified in the competent Judicial authority for value, established in the district of the Court of Turin.
Use Internet wi-fi
The hotel offers the WI-FI connection service in some rooms and apartments.
The service is free of charge and is regulated and traced through the delivery of vouchers to be activated independently on devices of the Customer. By the withdrawal and the activation of the voucher, the user assumes full responsibility of the use of the offered Wi-Fi service and agrees to indemnify Albergo Diffuso from any claim or action that may be addressed to the operator by any person, in consequence of the use of the networks.
The user agrees to communicate to the address info@lepetitfenestrelle.it the possible theft or loss of the voucher.
The user acknowledges and accepts the existence of the connections register (known as “log”) kept by the operator, and the operator shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to guarantee the confidentiality of that register. The connections register can be disclosed only to the court, upon explicit request.

Some information and warnings about the administration of the site www.lepetitfenestrelle.it for the purposes of protection of personal data are provided below.
Purpose of treatment
The processing of data provided by the Customer, is aimed exclusively to the correct and complete execution of the requested service.
Processing of personal data
Data will be processed in paper and computer form. The provision of data is voluntary, any refusal to provide such data could lead to failure or partial service.
Control of data voluntarily given and processed following consultation of the site is granted to Soc. Osella & Bourlot snc – Albergo Diffuso LE PETIT FENESTRELLE based in Fenestrelle, Via Umberto I ° 41 – P.I. 10201530010, in the person of Perrot Michelle who processes such data, not only to optimize the use of the site, but also for the following purposes:
– Sending information, technical and / or commercial bulletins, both electronically and on paper;
– Promotional and / or marketing on paper and / or electronically;
– Sending out price lists, catalogs, technical instructions, samples, etc …;
– Carrying out market research;
– Drawing up budgets and statistics.
The processing is carried out by the owner on paper, available computer, telematic and electronic systems and servers, by the persons assigned (internal and external), including the staff of Albergo Diffuso LE PETIT FENESTRELLE based in Fenestrelle (TO), Via Umberto the 41 ° which processes the data in order to better manage the site.
Albergo Diffuso LE PETIT FENESTRELLE collects data on the access and navigation within the sites to allow the operation of the services and sections requiring user identification, and uses the information collected for the technical administration of the website and any statistical analysis about the use of the site.

Security measures of the site
For the administration of the site specific security measures were taken, aimed to ensuring secure access and protecting the information contained herein by the risk of losing or damaging information. The antivirus software used in the management of the site is updated every day. Furthermore Albergo Diffuso LE PETIT FENESTRELLE, while ensuring inside it the adoption of appropriate Antivirus schemes, points out that, in addition to being a legal requirement, it is appropriate for the user to equip his own workstation of a prevention system and scan against the virus attack.
